Maryland State law requires that any person born on or after July 1, 1972,
who operates a registered or documented pleasure vessel on Maryland
waters be in possession of a Certificate of Boating Safety Education.
$30.00 cost includes text Class times 7pm to 9pm on the 7th & 9am to 3pm on gthe 10th
